Reflections on This Project

The time required turned out to be about twice my original estimate.(10 days)
Students liked the option of different presentation formats.
The theme is better for a career planning class rather than the seniors I used it with.
Students did some innovative career choices.
I found a need to document daily research work. A form is now included on site.
Students have a tendency to concentrate on presentation style rather than content.
It is helpful to have a shared folder for group projects. One student being absent does not stop development of the product.
Students will want you to provide them with all information. Force them to research on their own. Give them general search engines or sources.
Give the students a detailed rubric. It saves many questions of what is needed.
