A Problem Based Interdisciplinary Middle School Unit

This web page will facilitate our sixth grade Y-PUSH curriculum (Youth Proposing Urban Solutions for Habitat). In this unit, we will be incorporating all academic areas. Our goal is for all students to come away from this project with a better understanding and appreciation for the Harshman community.
This unit is aligned with Indianapolis Public Schools and Indiana state standards in all the curriculum areas. The technology component corresponds with the standards set forth in the National Educational Technology Standards for Students. Included are activities in each core academic area. The students' culminating project is a multimedia production presented to their peers and teachers.
