Israel's Wall |

| Home | In 2003 Israel
began constructing a "wall". "Barrier" might be
a better term to describe the system of concrete, ditches, razor wire and
fences. On one extreme it has been called a "security
fence". On the other, terms such as "colonization
wall", "apartheid wall" and "separation wall"
have been used.
What is the purpose of the barrier? Will it achieve it's goal? Is it legal? Will it further curtail the chance for peace in the Middle East? Can it save Israeli lives? Does it hamper Palestinian's livelihoods? |
