Evaluation

Students must hand in a hard copy of their exercise plan and menu for evaluation.

Exercise plan must include:                    

  • some form of exercise that is within the capabilities of  the student
  • warm-up
  • stretches
  • 20 minutes of aerobic activity
  • cool down
  • description of necessary equipment

Menu must include:

  • at least 3 meals
  • 6-11 servings from bread, cereal, rice, and pasta group
  • 3-5 servings from vegetable group
  • 2-4 servings from fruit group
  • 2-3 servings from milk, yogurt, and cheese group
  • 2-3 servings from meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts group
  • fats, oils, and sweets
