Evaluation
Students must hand in a hard copy of their exercise plan and menu for
evaluation.
Exercise plan must include:
- some form of exercise that is within the capabilities of the
student
- warm-up
- stretches
- 20 minutes of aerobic activity
- cool down
- description of necessary equipment
Menu must include:
- at least 3 meals
- 6-11 servings from bread, cereal, rice, and pasta group
- 3-5 servings from vegetable group
- 2-4 servings from fruit group
- 2-3 servings from milk, yogurt, and cheese group
- 2-3 servings from meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts
group
- fats, oils, and sweets
