The exercise that you choose to do needs to get your heart into its target heart rate zone. The activity that you do should be an aerobic activity. Design a 3-day exercise plan that will work for you. Your exercise plan should include a warm-up activities, stretches, aerobic activities that will put you in your target heart rate zone for at least 20 minutes, cool-down activities, and any necessary equipment. Refer to The Food Guide Pyramid to plan a 3-meal menu for one day. Your meals should include the necessary foods and portions recommended by the Pyramid.
