Process

Begin by reading the steps you will need to follow to complete each activity.

Activity 1:

First, you’ll be put into groups assigned by the teacher.

Then your teacher will give you an activity sheet. There are five questions you and your partner will need to answer on the activity sheet.

You will be able to find the answers to the activity sheet questions by clicking on the links next to the picture of your bird below.

You will need to read through the information together. When you know the answers to your questions write a complete answer, use capital letters and periods.

When you have finished your activity sheet, turn it in to your teacher and she will give you another one. You will do this until all seven of your birds have been identified.

Activity 2:

Look over the following websites and choose the two you would like to color. Be sure to color them using the information you got from the websites above. Be neat and stay inside the lines.

Go to the following website and follow the directions to color the picture. Raise your hand when you are finished so the teacher can see your work.
