Task

Your task is to:

  • Find your resting heart rate.
  • Find your maximum heart rate.
  • Find your target heart rate range of 60% to 80% maximum.
  • Research aerobic activities in which you can participate to reach your target heart rate range.
  • Select and participate in two of the aerobic activities.
  • Record the results of which activity is best at keeping you at your target heart rate.
