The Task The Logan family lives in rural Mississippi during the 1930's. Mildred Taylor's timeless message reaches through the decades since the thirties, but a clearer vision of some of the things that affected the lives of the characters in her novel will strengthen what you take from it. Using the following resources, you will learn more about some of the topics or items that are mentioned throughout the story. You will complete and turn in a learning log brochure that will detail your new knowledge. You should complete a paragraph for each of the sites you visit. Then use your laptop to create a brochure displaying your paragraphs; use either a two or three column format, whichever works best for you. Be creative with word art and clip art so that your final product is attractive and interesting. |
